Client Success Manager
Beverly Hills, Zayed city.
We are looking for a customer success manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships and seeking new engagements that will increase business revenue potentials.
Ultimately, you will work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand the client's business processes and objectives, and how their business model relate to the use of ERP software
- Promote the value of the product
- Identify opportunities for the client by mapping their business problems to software
- Design and configure the ERP system using no-code technologies to meet the specific needs of the client
- Train the client's staff on how to use the new software
- Provide ongoing support to the client after go-live to ensure proper use of the system
- Write documentation for the software designed, including user manuals and process flows
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including the client, project manager, and development team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or related field
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, business modelling, or business application design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English language is a must
- Passion for business modelling and software design
- Willingness to learn and innovate in a fast-paced start-up environment and to contribute in the success of a state-of-the-art product
