By accessing or using Vulo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Use of the Platform
You may use Vulo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, including Enterprise subscriptions, are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle selected at purchase. API credits and usage limits apply as described in your plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual Property
The Vulo platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Vulo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using our services, subject to the license granted to us to operate the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vulo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
